Rubber Fender Type V
Built for the Harshest Environments
HENGER’s Rubber Fender Type V has a one-piece design for easy installation. Whether it’s a RoRo berth, a general cargo terminal, or a large marina. This V-shaped fender provides a reliable protection solution. The fender can also be fitted with a UHMW-PE front plate or steel plate. To further increase energy absorption and reduce maintenance costs, our V-Rubber fenders can be fitted with a UHMW-PE front plate or steel plate. Currently, our V-shaped rubber fenders have passed CCS, BV, ABS, LR, CCS, ISO9001 and other international certifications.
V Type Rubber Fender
HENGER’s V-shaped rubber protection mat is designed for harbours and marinas. It protects the hull and berth structure by absorbing the kinetic energy of the vessel when berthing. The fender’s unique V-shaped groove design distributes pressure evenly. It also enhances the vessel’s grip during berthing and significantly reduces reaction forces. Our fenders are made of high quality natural rubber or PU material. This material is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, UV rays and weathering. They can be used stably for a long time in various marine environments and have a service life of 8 to 10 years.
Main Features
Efficient Energy Absorption:Our V-shaped protective mats are able to effectively absorb the kinetic energy of a vessel when berthing. Protect your hull and dock structure from damage.
Superior Durability:Our V-shaped fenders are made of high quality natural rubber or PU material. This material has excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, UV rays and weathering, with a service life of 8 to 10 years.
Advanced V-shaped design:The V-shaped groove design distributes pressure evenly. It also enhances boat grip and reduces reaction forces. This provides more efficient protection for your vessel as well as the marina.
Easy Installation and Maintenance: The fenders are made of one-piece moulding design, which makes the installation process easy and fast. It can also support vertical or horizontal installation. Suitable for various berthing environments with low maintenance cost and effort.
Economical: Low initial investment, low maintenance and replacement costs in the long term. It is a cost-effective protection solution.
High longitudinal shear resistance: High longitudinal shear resistance ensures the stability and reliability of the guarding mat in all conditions.
Suitable for rotating dolphins and pivot points: specially designed to be suitable for rotating dolphins and pivot points, it can provide additional protection and support.
